If I had to choose, I would pick salty over sweet almost any day. And I love chips! Kale chips are a great yummy snack. Admittedly, kale is definitely an acquired taste, but they are yummy!
- Kale, torn into chip size pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Sea salt
1. Place kale on a cookie sheet or glass pan. Cover in olive oil and sprinkle sea salt.
2. Bake in the oven at 425 for 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
