Another great appetizer that is super, super easy!
- 1 can Cannellini white beans
- 1 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Enjoy with rice chips.
This pairs very well with a chilled Sauvignon Blanc.
